SUN BRIARS SIRE IS DEAD LONDON. England. May 10. -Sundridge, the twenty-five-year-old stallion, by Arn-phion— Sierra, by Springfield, which stood at Cobham Stud. Surrey, died recently. He was the sire of the greU English Derby winner and sired Sunstar and many other line rae-ers. Sundridge was bred by Sir Samuel Bcott and was foaled in ISM. He was a fin", upstanding chestnut and in fixe years of racing he won over 3,000. He was retired to the ■tad in 1903 and his fee in recent yens was ,000. He stooel in France fee eight yturs, but was returned to England in 1919.
