CARROLL REED AN INVALID Carroll Reid, well-known years ago as the trainer of The Picket. American Derby winner, has been an invalid for several years. Mr. Reid owns the mare Loch Linnhe, dam of Bracadale, the only thoroughbred now owned by Mr. Reid with the exception of another splendid looking colt from the mare by Huon, which many good judges pronounce as fine an individual as was. Bracadale at his age.
