Won easily; second and third driving. TODY, showing the most speed, was rushed into a good lead at once and, holding it well throughout, won under mild restraint. TEX gained steadily and finished fast TRUST OFFICIAL was under restraint for the first half mile, but tired when called on. SIMPLETON ran well, but lost ground on the turns. FINCASTLE was outrun and had to be ridden wide. BOY FROM HOME was far back all the way. LADY MARIAN, away well and clear of interference, raced into the lead on the last turn and outstayed ANNIE LYLE in the closing strides. ANNIE LYLE came from far back in the stretch and was going fastest at the end. NANCY LANGHORNE raced forwardly and saved much ground on the turns. CHERRYCOTE began fast and showed the most early speed, but tired in the last eighth. MEDINA only ran fairly well. SUNSPOT closed an immense gap. PERRIGO quit. DOROTHY BUCKNER began fast and. showing high speed, was clear of interference and held the race safe all the way, then ran away for a mile and a quarter after the finish. HAMAN had to work through a rough race, but came fast when clear in the stretch. LOCUST LEAVES ran well-and had no mishaps and began tiring in the last sixteenth. BALADIN and LORD WRACK closed big gaps. RAN-DEL was far back all the way. BAIGNEUR showed speed. RIGHT ON TIME raced forwardly frrm the start and was lucky. TRANSLATE I Buffered from interference and made a fast finish. PARIS MAID, well ridden and lightly weighted, came past the leaders with a rush on the stretch turn into a clear lead, but tired and just lasted to win. BROTHERLY LOVE closed a big gap and came with a rush through the stretch and barely missed getting up. OO LA LA ran well from the start and finished gamely. KIMPALONG closed a big gap. THE LEOPARD raced well. MAYOR CARREL set a good pace, but tired. DAVID HARUM was going fast at the end. WINNER TAKE ALL and SWAY quit.
