ANOTHER MATCH RACE? LAUREL, Md., Oct 27. Max Hirsch was approached yesterday, after the running of the S a r a z e n H a p p y Thoughts special race, and asked if he would run Sarazen against Wise Counsellor, the western chanmpion. He replied: "If my employer, Mrs. Vanderbilt, would ask me that question I would not hesitate in answering, YES. I would certainly advise her to run her colt against Wise Counsellor or, for that matter, against any horse of his age in America. I understand that the Kentuckians have been doing a lot of talking of what Wise Counsellor would do with Sarazen in the event of the pair meeting. All that I can say is let Mr. Winn hang up a suitable purse and I will, with Mrs. Van-derbilts permission, bring Sarazen down to Louisville and show them what a real runner is. If, the owners of Wise Counsellor really think that their ,000 beauty can trim Sarazen, here is their opportunity of finding out which of the two is the faster race horse."
