FAIR GROUNDS NOTES Sixty-seven horses were excluded from Fridays program, forty-one being dropped from the second, a three-quarters dash for platers. Ben Block sent word that he would arrive in New Orleans March 10. to remain for the remainder of the racing season and also to witness his Thorndale perform in the Louisiana Derby. Jockey G. Breuning, who drew a ten-day suspension for rough riding on Mike Morris-sey, is in good standing again, his suspension expiring today and the lad is eligible to accept mounts again. AI Adler was active during the afternoon among the horsemen distributing the stake blanks for the rich fixtures of the Saratoga meenng. The stakes are listed to close March 10 and the horsemen here will make, generous response. 1
