NEW FIRM INCORPORATES NEW YORK, N. Y., March G. The Triple Farm, which purchased a considerable part of the thoroughbred stock offered at tne Edward Cebrian dispersal sale, has incorporated under the laws of New York as the Windemere Stud. The new corporation will carry on breeding operations in Kentucky. Edward Cebrian is president of the corporation; C. R. Fleischmann, vice-president, and H. C. Davidson, secretary and treasurer.
