FLAYIA saved much ground on the turns and ran a good race. LITTLE JIMMY -was away fast and showed the most early speed, but tired near the end. DOC McMAHON was promi- -neat from the start. FEARNAUGHT finished well. HELP was away too badly to have a chance and was not persevered with. HONEST MOSK tiled. GOOD TIME set the early puce and, after being passed, raced into the lead : ; again with a rush when an eighth out, but tired near the end. HAIDEE ran a good race and made a I game finish. CARNARVON began tiring in the last eighth, after racing forwardly from the start and taking the lead. GREEN GOLD lost much ground, being forced to race wide. BUD FISHER quit badly. JUDGE BREUER closed a big gap and finished fast. FIFTY-FIFTY ran poorly. ISOSCELES raced gamely, hut tired slightly near the end.
