LEADING- AMERICAN JOCKEYS The busiest of all our jockeys, J. Wallace, had the highest score of last week. He rode eight winners. Wallace has already accepted 705 mounts this year and landed 128 winners. , He is second to Ivan Parke, the pair being the only two with over a hundred winners to their credit this year. However, there are several others near the hundred mark and will shortly pass it. G. Ellis has 117, P. Walls, 97, L. McDermott 96, and L. Lang 94. The latter rode five winners last week, while Ellis and Walls each accounted for four. Aside from these the following also rode well last week: H. Paden, J. Maiben and N. Foden each with five winners, and T. Wilson, H. Stutts, C. Greenwood and D.
