KEOGHS RIDING PLEASES NEW YORK, N. Y., September 3. Joseph E. Widener has cabled to Jerry Welsh at Maison-Lafitte, France, desiring to know if there is any important engagements desiring jockey Frank Keoghs presence in that country before the running of the second International Race at Aqueduct. Mr. Burton, owner of Wise Counsellor, and J. S. Ward were more than pleased with Keoghs riding and are desirous of riding him in the second race, at one mile. If Welsh desires Keoghs services before that time, he will leave shortly after the running of the Futurity.
