VOSBURGH LAUDS EPINARD W. S. Vosburgh, official handicapper for the Jockey Club, who is generally recognized as one of the best judges of thoroughbred quality in America, was enthusiastic over Epinard after the In-ternuational Special Monday. "He is a great horse," Mr. Yosgurgh said after the race. This was really high praise, coming - as it did from a man who is. not accustomed to voicing snap judgments on racing questions.
