- W. POOL NOT WANTED RACELAND RACE TRACK, Ashland, Ky., Sept 3. Following a poor looking ride on Moonbrook in the second race here this afternoon, jockey W. Pool was notified not to accept any further engagements at this course. The judges made no ruling against Pool, but expressed a desire that he go elsewhere. Pool, following the notification, came back in the third race and rode Froth to victory.
