KENILWORTH TURF NOTES WINDSOR, Ont, Sept 3. Li. A. Sercgni, represented in the third race by Trooper, claimed Telescope from II. Neu-steter for ,200. Jockey Liebgold was fined 5 in the fourth race for easing his mount up, which nearly cost him the race. C. W. Hall, represented in the fourth race by Dickie Dick, claimed Jaunebar, the winner, from J. Diggins for 00. Judge M. N. McFarlane, who acted as racing secretary during the Tijuana meeting last year, will not go there next winter. Jockey Otis Willis, who rode with mucli success on the Canadian and Kentucky tracks, will accompany the Joaquina stable to Toronto.
