NEW RECRUIT TO RACING NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 17. J. Arthur, a local business man, has purchased the entire stable of five horses belonging to R. Scully. The purchase involves the horsts Steve, Rhymer, Dalwood. Swagger and Nor-mandie. Scully will continue to train tho horses.
