REGAL TOY was hard ridden throughout and finished gamely. ROCK SUGAR finished fast. GLIMMERING tired after racing into the lead. CHARI.CIE was always outrun. . Won easily; second and third driving. HEARTACHE began fast and, setting a good pace from the start, held AREGAL safe at the end. The latter was forced to race on the outside for the first three eighths, then came fast through on the inside from the head of the stretch and finished gamely SlARKLING WATER ran a good race all the way. SLIGO BRANCH saved ground on all the turns, but swerved out sharply and impeded the winner, then tired. TAKNHKLM was sluggish in the early running, but finished fast. Scratched- 02072 Charlcie. 100. TATTLING met with early interference, but raced into second place on the back stretch, then was forced wide and bumped by JEAN CREST when entering the home stretch, but outfinished the fast going IlIANARIOT. The latter gained fast when called on and finished swiftly on the inside. JEAN CKKST raced FLEET STREET into defeat and took the lead, but ran out at the head of the stretch. REAL OF THE WEST lacked early speed. CHLOR1S tired. ATfACK and FLEET STREET were eased up whin they quit. Scratched— 02 M Manila. 103; 02741 Tamarind, 109; 02600-Heretrix, 96.
