AQUEDUCT TURF NOTES HP YORK, N. Y., June 16. P. Tlinphy purchased at private terms from C. Benrman. the plater, riay Hour and lie was shipped to Montreal following the running of the third race. Two horses in the first raee ehanged hands via the claiming route. W. Martz took Panhy from W. A. Wollman for ,000 and K. W. Barlow took Pheasant from P. S. P. Randolph for a like amount Jockey I. Powers under contract to A. J. Joyner who was severely cut and bruised when thrown from a green two-year-old during the Belmont Park meeting resumed riding today. Jockey S. Hebert has been suspended by his contract employer, T. J. Carroll, until further notice. Carroll is at present racing at Kairmount Park. Jockey K. Coltiletti leaves for St. Liouis on Thursday to ride Kock Man in the running of the Kairmount I erby. V. A. Woolmans Dauby came out of the first race in a bad way and will be on the shelf for some time. White Shepherdess was claimed out of the third race by Dr. M. C. Ellenstein for ,500. " Jockey P. Fisher, who rode Commissioner ahill. was suspended for two racing days by the stewards for crossing in front of Lin-gard in the running of that race.
