MUST BE CONSISTENT COLLI XS VILLI-:. 111.. April 9.— Joseph A. .Murphy, who will serve as presiding steward at Fairmount Park this spring, was in conference with secretary Campbell and general manager C. Bruce Head at the Fair-mount Jockey Club offices in East St. Louis yesterday. It was stated following the conference that the applications for stabling facilities now on file were carefully considered. The known policy of the Fairmount Park management is to grant stabling facilities to only those owners whose horses are that he was instructed not to permit any reputations. It is known that the conference dealt with this subject. Pat C. Galliger, who will serve as one of secretary Campbells assistants, is now at Fairmount Park in charge of the stables, and it was understood known to be consistent performers with good horses entering the stable lot. the owners of which had not been advised that their applications for stable room had been approved by the management.
