• . I . [ • i 1 MOOAR STABLE AT DOWNS LORISVILLE. Ky., April 9— The stable of E. E. Mooar, comprising a dozen useful 1 racers, is a recent arrival from Xew Orleans, :, and is now quartered at Churchill Downs. ;. The horses reached here in good condition n ami. having been in training all winter, are e ready to race. The stable includes Fret well, I, an exceptional mud runner ; Watch On, Odd- - fellow II., Smiling Bettie, Cleo-Dale, Juan-eva, Truitelle and the following two-year-olds - : Alto. Dusty Answer, Baritone, Japhena a and Lillian Mooar. Of the juveniles in the e stable Alto has shown to the best advantage P this year. This colt, a son of Supremus — Howdy, scored three victories in four starts s during the Xew Orleans season. He is the ? first of the get of Supremus to win a race. The stable has under contract to ride this s year jockeys Walter Lilley and Willie Pool I and the apprentice Arthur Gardner, a Louisville - youth, who will be seen in the saddle e during the Churchill Downs meeting.
