GEVING IN GOOD STANDING COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 21.— The following notice was icsued by the stewards of the Louisiana Jocke; Club today : "The license of jockey L. Geving, revoked when a statutory offense committed off the race track was charged against him by the authorities at New Orleans, has been restored. Since that time four grand juries have failed to indict the boy, his bond of ,000 has been vacated and he has been released op his own recognizance. As this practically dismisses the case in court the stewards ..ave lifted the ban. — Joseph A. Murphy, John T. Ireland, stewards."
