SIR JOHN K ran .1 good race. LITTLE COLONEL could not reach the leaders. REB GRANGE tired. CHEROKEE LEE was always outrun. GAD met with interference when WATCH ON stumbled and lost his rider. The latter lost much ground in the early running, but. making a fast finish, was wearing the winner down. LADY WITT raced prominently throughout. CELERITY shewed the most early speed, but tired after reaching the stretch. TANGLEFOOT saved much ground on the turn. CALEDONIA showed early speed. RHODODENDRON began poorly and made up ground.
