Frank Swain reported that lie had sold the aged racer Repeater to a prominent citizen of Detroit, Mich., who will use him as a baddle horse. Mrs. Joseph Hubbard has sold the horses Ferguson and Whiskline to Georgia Bashore and both hcrsea have been shipped to their new owner? farm near Veneta, Okla. Mrs. Hubbard also disposed of the eight-year-old mare Nelljoy to Roy Hartman of this city, who Intends breeding her to United Verde. Big Stick, a five-year-old bay gelding, the property of Jack IfcPherson and W. W. Darden. which was turned out at the latters i farm in Tennessee lor the past two years. arrived at Churchill Downs and will be put back in training by Mcpherson. The gelding ■ is by Cudgel — Droll and went wrong in i the only race in which he started as a three-year-old. • Trainer Bert Williams has sent the Bloom-field Stables The Dago to Himyar Stud to i be turned out for the season. The horse, which won seven races in Havana last winter, was in a crippled condition when shipped [ to the local track.
