SEAGRAM STABLE S PLANS HAVRE DE GRACE. Md . April 88.— W. H. . Bnngloe is shipping the entire band he has here back to Phyjlieo. He reports that all of the Seagram Stables Kingra Plate candidates are still at the farm at Waterloo, Ont., where they will remain until a couple of days before the opening of the Woodbine Park meeting, when they will be shipped to Toronto. There is a five-eighths track, also an en-dosed training track, at the Seagram farm, and this means that the horses in this stable will have a much better opportunity of getting ready than those that are taking thei» training at Woodbine, where track conditions are reported as being none too good. There are nineteen mares on the place and a dozen to these have already fouled. Bring-loe has thirteen two-year-olds in his stable this spring, eight of which were left in Canada when he shipped to Maryland.
