WINS NEWMARKET HANDICAP SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. NEWMARKET, England, May 16— J. B. Leighs Gipsy King, a four-year-old son of Son-in-Law — Gipsy Queen, won the Newmarket Handicap, at a mile and a quarter, here Tuesday. Sir Walter Gilbeys Elcho was second and W. Singers Miss Onslow finished third in the eight-horse field. Gipsy King won handily by two lengths.
