HOLD MEETING AT WOODBINE TORONTO, Out., May 25.— Previous to the races at Woodbine Park this afternoon a meeting of the Canadian Racing Associations was held in the directors building. J. K. L. Ross and Fred Richards came down from Montreal to attend the meeting. John H. Madigan, from Fort Kiie. and II. J. Mc-Intyre, from Hamilton, also were present. Jockeys and trainers licenses and authorized agents were passed on.
