| FAIRMOUNT PARK NOTES 1 $ __ $ COLLINSVILLE, 111., May 25. C. D. Pryor and E. E. Major arrived late yesterday with their stables from Aurora. Pryor has Anaconda, Isabella, Intense and Blessings, the latter owned by Mrs. T. J. Began. Majors band included Torcher, Bill Seth, Sheriff Seth, Street Liz, Volsel, Robina Seth and Juniors Nurse. The colors of three eastern sportsmen. R. S. Clark, J. E. Widener and G. W. Willing, Jr., will be carried at the local meeting by horses in the stable of John Whitlow. Mr. Clark owns Lady Fanshawe, Clutter, Kitty Cat, and the two-year-olds Tom Cat, Cleanser and Counter Seizure. Mr. Wideners representative is Lodoga, a three-year-old filly, while Mr. Willing is the owner of the two-year-old Trumpet. Whitlows own horses are Irfaneh and Ellyney. Former jockey Eddie Taplin brought six horses from Tijuana. They are owned by the theatre magnate, Alexander Pantages, and include Alexander Pantages, a Derby candidate ; Shasta Bullet, Tap, Shasta Pine, Shasta Bose and Shasta Nut. J. C. Milam has notified general manager C. Bruce Head that he will arrive Sunday morning with fourteen horses from Churchill Downs. The stable will be accompanied by jockey J. Berry. The Audley Farm Stable again will have the largest stable here, numbering twenty-five head, in charge of trainer S. M. Henderson. Bobashela will be pointed for the Derby, while Sistership and Spanish Star are other prominent members of the establishment. There are fourteen two-year-olds by Ormandale, St. Henry, Sir Barton, Royal Canopy and Bockminster. A. G. Woodman has only two horses. Mar-doon and The Showoff, the latter an imported colt and eligible for the Fairmount Derby. John Elazlewood brought five horses here from Lexington to race for S. H. Velie of Kansas City. The three-year-old gray filly The Begum II. heads the list Arrivals from Churchill Downs include John S. Ward with ten horses, including the Derby candidate, Dodgson, and Dinner Dance, an intended starter in the Collinsville Handicap ; J. F. Schorr with Algol, also an intended starter in the first days feature, and A. V. Thomas with eight head. Dinner Dance will be saddled by John Whitlow, and Earl Pool is expected Saturday morning to ride the R. S. Clark sprinter.
