Secretary Norvell wishes to call the attention of horsemen to the fact that entries for the ,000 Ontario Handicap, to be run on Saturday, June 9, close on Saturday, June 2. Stabling at the Long Branch course is already at a premium and a number of applications for stalls have been turned down. Judging from the class of horses that will participate in the racing, the meeting will be a good one. T. J. Heal y lias reserved fifteen stalls for the Wilson-Salmon stable and at the conclusion of the T-orncliffe meeting they will be transferred to the Long Branch track. »
