Today marked the final day for nominations to the Ameiican National Futurity, which is for two-year-olds and to be decided at the Arlington Park September meeting. Subscriptions- to the number of 358 were received at the original date of closing, March 1. It was reopened June 1 for further nominations. Anita Peabody is in active training for. her engagement in the American National Rush Handicap, feature at Arlington Park Saturday, June 23. After her stable companion, Reigh Count, had galloped around the mile and an eighth course Friday morning, the daughter of Luke McLuke — La Dauphine, with L. Lang up, was worked a quarter in slow time. The Palmo Stock Farm Stables Jeanette S. and Moms Cook, and C. N. Freemans Rocking were shipped to the latters farm at Middletown, Ind., today.
