NEW TRACK NEAR CLEVELAND ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, 111., June 18.— Joe Catterineh was advised this morning that rapid progress is being made on the mile track under construction at Bainbridge Park, eighteen miles from Cleveland, Ohio, and that the course is expected to be completed early in July for the twenty-five day contemplated inaugural meeting.
