— v SIRE WHITE SATIN POPULAR LEXINGTON, Ky., June IS.— Christopher J. Fitzgerald of New York has returned to Lexington from a visit to Hopkinsville, his mission being to see the stallion White Satin, in which he has a proprietorship, and which made the season at the White and Garnett establishment. "The horse looks fine ; is doing well and is popular with the breeders in that section," he said. "There is quite a horse country around Hopkinsville, and some excellent people engaged in the breeding of thoroughbreds. I saw a number of fine mares and attractive foals."
