PURCHASES YEARLING LEXINGTON. Ky., June 18.— A. B. Hancock announced that he has purchased the yearling bay colt by imported Sir Galahad II. — Rush Box dam of Sarazen and will sell Lim at Saratoga. The get of Sir Galahad II. are showing up splendidly in France. Fete Royale, sired by the latter and from Bcanfast, won an important race at Chan-tilly last week; and is engaged in all of the big races for next year. Le Correge, winner of the French Derby, is from La Campanula, by Ajax, a son of Teddy, the sire of Sir Galahad II. E. E. Coussell. in the course of a letter written a few days ago from London after a visit to France, said : "Frank Carters best two-year-old is by Sir Galahad, as is also Capain Jefferson Davis Cohns best colt."
