VICTORY FOR AGA KHAN SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. MANCHESTER, England, May 25.— The Red Rose Stakes, for three-year-olds, was won here today by the Aga Khans Le Phare, a son of Phalaris — Eagle Snipe. He scored by a head in a drive with Somerville Tat-tersalls Trovatore. King Georges Glastonbury was third, beaten by one length. There were nine starters and the royal owners colt was the favorite at 7 to 2. The winner paid 4 to 1. Trovatore was 10 to 1.
