MISSOURI STABLE DOUBLE Fallen Leaf and Hattie Seth Win Respective Races at Bain-bridge Park Course. CLEVELAND. Ohio. June 12.— Mrs. M. L. Holmes Mac Fogle registered his second success at the present Bainbridge Park meeting when he led for the entire way in the Kent Purse, the fifth race, which attracted the best field this afternoon. During the last few strides he was taken in hand by jockey J. Kellum. Fair Bill was always in closest pursuit of the winner. Smacker raced prominently until reaching the turn for home and finished a tiring third. A light shower this morning served to lay the dust nicely. Although rain threatened about race time, it failed to materialize, still the outlook was threatening near the close of the afternoon. The attendance was good for a mid-week day and the racing spirited. Taking command at once, Hattie Seth had the most speed at all stages of the fourth race, which marked a double for the Missouri Stable, trained by Olin Johnson. Jockey H. Elston had previously won in the initial race with Fallen Leaf for the Missouri Stable. Racing in second position throughout, Flor del Mai bravely saved second from White Knee. After following in closest pursuit of the leader until well into the stretch. Fallen Leaf finished fast on the inside of Seminola, the pacemaker, in the final eighth of the initial race and outgamed the latter in a driving finish. Singing Cricket raced into thrd place when Acquire tired in the stretch. H. G. Bedwells Fair Girl graduated from the maiden ranks when she came from the rear on the turn for home and shook off Maggie B. in the last seventy yards of the second race. Maggie B. proved to be much the best of the others, and Master Eddie was a tiring third after forcing much of the pace. Another stretch struggle resulted in the third race. An eighth out, Bucephalus, Ursa Major and Tufli were racing in close alignment, but in the final drive Bucephalus, racing next to the inner rail, proved the gamest. Ursa Major retained second as Tufli tired when the final drive came. Buchon forgot to quit today and retained a safe lead at all stages of the sixth race. Topango was always in second place, but was tiring at the end and doing his utmost to stall off Romp. Romp begun last and closed an immense gap.
