J. 0. KEENES PLANS LEXINGTON, Ky., June 13— J. O. Keene, en route from New York to St. Louis, spent twenty-four hours at his Keeneland Stud Farm and continued his journey last night. He shipped all of his horses from Belmont Park to Fairmount Park and after the Fair-mount Park meeting they will go to Arlington Park, Chicago. While here Keene arranged with Phil T. Chinn for a sale of horses in training at Arlington Park. Each will sell fifteen horses. Keene further said that he had intended to send his yearlings to Saratoga, but after looking them over yesterday he decided to reserve them for sale here at home later in the year. He said that he does not intend to break or train any of them.
