HONOR GOVERNOR RITCHIE HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 14. Joseph A. Farrell, general manager at Bowie, tendered a dinner to Governor Albert C. Ritchie in the club house previous to the running of the races Saturday afternoon. The dinner party also included Gil Daly, James A. Latane and Jarvis Spencer. The last two named are members of the Maryland Racing Commission. Incidentally this was Governor Ritchies first visit to Bowie.
