SIGN TRAINER F. GARRETT BOWIE, Md., April 14. Frank Garrett has signed to train for the Palmwood Stable. The establishment is owned by Detroit men. The plans are to race in Canada and at the conclusion of the Pimlico meeting the horses will entrain for Toronto, to take part in the Woodbine meeting.
