VICTORIAN ASSIGNED 128 Given Five Pounds More Than Toro in Philadelphia, Set for Saturday. HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 15. Victorian, with 12S, draws the largest weight assignment for the Philadelphia Handicap, worth 0,000 added, which will be run at the Havre de Grace track next Saturday. The Philadelphia is for three-year-olds and upward, over the distance of a mile and sixteenth. Next to Victorian, among the high weights is Toro, with 123 pounds ; Jock, with 121, and Beacon Hill, with 117. Donnay, winner of the New Orleans Handicap and one of the star racers or the winter tracks, is- pointed for the Philadelphia and gets in with 114 pounds.
