ACCIDENT AT CHURCHILL LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 15. A near serious accident occurred at the lower turn at Churchill Downs today when Mount Airie, a two-year-old in the French Lick Stable, with jockey "Tex" Anderson up, lugged into the rail and collided with Mrs. E. L. Swikards Bit o Worry, a three-year-old, with Chester Hall in. the saddle. Hall suf fered a wrenched back, while Anderson, escaped with a few scratches. Neither of; the horses suffered any material damages. . .
