LEXINGTON TURF NOTES I - a LEXINGTON, Ky., April 25. Kirby Ramsey motored from Louisville to saddle Mrs. K. Ramseys Your Play in the sixth event. Two two-year-olds, the property of A. P. Canale and wintered and prepared for racing here by D. T. Morris, were sent to Louisville this morning. The Canale stable is quartered at Douglas Park. John Bainton, who has the mare Mary B. under preparation for racing during the coming Exposition Park meeting, is to race two two-year-olds and one three-year-old, owned by T. Hayes, at the Aurora meeting. Jockey E. "Warden is to ride for Bainton this season. From here, apprentice Willie Carroll goes to Fairmount Park, where he will report to L. V. Bellew, his contract employer. Next week Bellew will transfer the J. C Ellis stable from Dade Park to Fairmount and his son is shipping Katherine W. and Irfaneh from here. On Monday George Brooks is shipping eight horses, the property of Edward Cebrian, from Churchill Downs to Washington Park. The good sprinter General Grant heads the string. D. E. Stewart has changed plans for riders for the J. N. Camden horses during the current meeting and may not use H. Fisher for Sydney in the latters race Saturday. Ten horses the property of the estate of J. Charles Eaton were vanned from the farm of the late turfman at Mount Washington, Ohio. The thoroughbreds will be offered at auction here the night of April 28. Jockey M. Rose departed for Fairmount Park to report to W. M. Cain, his contract employer.
