GETS FIVE YEAR CONTRACT HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 2C General manager Edward Burke gave out the information today that he had signed Joseph McLennan to act as racing secretary for the next five years at Havre de Grace. McLennan has filled this position for the past nine years.
