DARK ENTRY WINS JUBILEE Headley 3-Year-Old Scores in First Running of ,000 Wheeling Feature. WHEELING, W. Va., April 26. Dark Entry, running for H. P. Headley, won the Golden Jubilee Purse, for three-year-olds, the big feature of the AVheeling meeting, this afternoon. Baltimore was second and Theo. Rochester third. This was the first running of this feature and it attracted a representative lot. It was run as the seventh race. Todays secondary feature, the Chamber of Commerce Purse, run as the fifth race, went to Merry Windsor, which beat out Tommy Lad by a length, the latter heading Favorit II. and several other good sprinters. Doc K. graduated from the maiden ranks when he captured the first race. Taking the lead after going the first turn, the Air Man gelding drew out into an easy lead during the stretch run. Storm Maiden gradually improved her position and outfin-ished Vitalize in the stretch. The latter set the early pace but tired and barely saved third. Displaying the most speed throughout, Mi-lano was never headed in the second event. At the end she was doing her best to score by a narrow margin from Lenny. Broadmoor barely lasted to save third from the resolutely finishing Bright Flag. Dr. Hickman, the favorite, quit badly after going the first quarter. Taking command after going the half trip, Timekeeper shook off Saratoga and Bright Flash during the stretch run in the third race and drew clear near the end. Saratoga got the place from the tiring pacemaker, Bright Flash. The others were always outpaced.
