WORKMAN GETS WATCH HAVRE DE GRACE, Md.t April 26. At the conclusion of the afternoons sport general manager Edward Burke presented to jockey R. Workman the 00 Tiffany split second watch which he donated to the jockey riding the greatest number of winners at the meeting. This custom has prevailed at Havre de Grace ever since the course was constructed by Mr. Burke.
