COMPLETE DERBY POLICE PLANS LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 7.— Arrangements for the policing of Churchill Downs for Derby day have been completed, and under the plans to be carried out patrons will have every protection, and will not be annoyed by undesirables. Among the visiting detectives who will assist local officers and the Churchill Downs force on the big day will be Lieutenants Burns, Conners, OBrien and Johnson, of Chicago, detectives Shelton and Williams of St. Louis, detectives Ford and Poretto, of New Orleans, detectives Shaef-fer and Gunther, of Cincinnati, detective Wilson, of Detroit and others.
