FOSTER closed ground after rounding the far turn and finished well. CLEORA tired. The others were always outpaced. ZELLA K. tired after showing good speed until midway of the stretch. BRAINS also tired in the last quarter. LANG raced in the center of the track through the stretch and finished stoutly. BELLSMITH was crowded back after the start came, but steadily improved his position and came strongly through the stretch. PRINCE MEXICAN displayed good speed to the last sixteenth, then tired. KNEE GLADER ran an even race. FAIR CITE tired. WIDELY KNOWN could never get up.
