APPRENTICE DICKEY INJURED HOMEWOOD, 111., June 17.— Apprentice A. Dickey suffered several rib fractures and multiple bruises in his fall from Na Zdar, which went down when in close quarters at the stretch turn during the running of the seventh race Tuesday. A. Richard, who had the mount on Miss Maryland, which fell over Na Zdar, escaped with a few bruises. Dickey had been riding in fine form and his injuries may keep him out of colors for about four weeks.
