TELAUTOGRAPH INNOVATION TORONTON, Ont.. June 17. An innovation will be tried out at Dufferin Park with the installation of a Telautograph in the ladies mutuel department and the machines in the enter field close earlier than in the main betting enclosures, making it necessary for the calculators to rush over to the main Office. Under the new arrangement, if the machines prove satisfactory, it will allow both the center field and ladies nuituels to remain open as long as the main mutuels, thereby avoiding the last minute rush. It is planned to use the machine at both the Kenilworth and Long Branch meetings.
