VALUABLE AID IN HANDICAPPING . An exclusive feature of Daily Racing Form, and one of the most valuable to th reader in determining the probable winner of any race, is the best time at the distance of each horse entered. This information is shown in the entries immediately following the name of the horse, the track at which the best time was made and the weight carried being also indicated. By a glance at these best times, the reader is enabled to classify the horses from a time basis and readily apply the information to whatever system of handicapping he may, use.
