HAVANA TRACK NOTES $ Frank Kearns received word that J. P. White, who has a stable of horses here, will arrive next week for a visit The New York contractor and sportsman will be accompanied by a party of friends. Jockey Neal, who visited Miami on Mon day, returned here by airplane and resumed riding. Richard F. Howe, whose horses run in the name of Howe Stable, left here on his yacht for Nassau. He was a frequent visitor at the track during his sojourn here. "Bud" Ensor received hundreds of cable-" grams from well wishers and friends following his successful return to the saddle Sunday. Bud H. Schaefer, who has his breeding farm at Anchorage, Ky., is highly elated that one of his breeding, Jaz Age, established a new track record at Tropical Park Blanco Heurra, owner of the Tropical Brewery, was host to a large number of turfmen at a dinner at the Garden on Monday. Joe Delgado acted as master. fi ceremonies.
