"BUDDY" DAINTYS FUNERAL TORONTO, Ont., Feb. 3. The funeral of jockey Francis "Buddy" Dainty, who was killed in an automobile accident last Sunday morning, near Belleville, Ont, took place this afternoon at two oclock from his home, 28 Dentonia Park to All Hallows Church, Main and Dorchester streets, Toronto, thence to Scarboro Lawn Cemetery, Kingston Road, Toronto. Six of the deceased jockeys pals served as pallbearers, namely: Frankie Mann, Tommy Aimers, Dick Town-row, Jackie Marr, Frank Russell and Johnny Convey. Among the floral tributes was a huge horseshoe sent by Mr. George Hardy owner- of the Harber Stable, to whom "Buddy" Dainty was under contract, also a beautiful wreath from "The Boys of Woodbine."
