CHANGE CHARITY DAY DATE NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 18. The second annual one-day charity meeting sponsored by the New Orleans Welfare Committee will be held at the Fair Grounds on Sunday, February 28, one week earlier than previously announced according to a statement given out by Col. P. Sullivan, managing director of the Louisiana Jockey Club today. No reason for the moving forward of the charity event was advanced. Sale of tickets for the day will get under way Saturday and conditions for the seven races, comprising the benefit card, will be posted early next week.
