SANDE GETS MARRIAGE LICENSE NEW YORK, N. Y., Feb. 18. Earl Sande, former jockey, and Mrs. Marian Kummer, widow of the late Clarence Kummer, the jockey, who died in 1930, have taken out a license to marry. Plans for the wedding have not been announced. Mrs. Kummer is the former Marian Gascoyne of Wood-haven. She married Kummer about ten years ago and has two children. Sande also has been married once before. His first wife was a niece of Mrs. Samuel C. Hildreth, wife of the late trainer of the Rancocas Stable. Sande lives at the Homestead Hotel and Mrs. Kummer at the Kew-hall Apartments, both in Kewgardens, Long Island. Sande is reported to be considering a return to the saddle as a steeplechase rider next summer.
