Defier an Eligible, Daily Racing Form, 1932-02-19

DEFIER AN ELIGIBLE NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 18. Through error Frank Serembas Defies was omitted from the list of eligibles for the Jack L. Dempsey Memorial Handicap, and weights, as given out yesterday by racing secretary Joseph McLennan. Defier was, among the first nominated for the race, which will feature Saturdays racing and his weight for the race is 88 pounds.
